Winona Health announced it will offer Business Office After Hours on the first Tuesday of every month.
                   
A Winona Health account representative will be available by appointment between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. for confidential, one-on-one, meetings to answer questions the public may have their bills.  This will allow the public a face-to-face meeting after normal work hours.
