Another in a series of candidate forums sponsored by the Winona Unit of the League of Minnesota Women Voters will be held Wednesday evening at City Hall.  The event will feature the candidates for two seats on the Winona County Board of Commissioners.
               
On hand will be the third district candidates, incumbent Mena Kaehler and challenger Steve Jacob...plus fourth district candidates, incumbent Greg Olson and his challenger Walt Kelly.
               
The forum will be held from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.and will be carried live on the public access channels of both Winona cable systems.
