The Star Tribune released its Minnesota Poll results Thursday in the U.S. Senate race. Sixty-two percent of respondents hadn't heard of Bills, while Democratic incumbent Klobuchar had universal name recognition.
The poll of 800 likely voters taken Sept. 17-19 showed Klobuchar supported by 57 percent, with 28 percent for Bills. Another 7 percent said they would vote for someone else, while 8 percent remained undecided. Independence Party candidate Stephen Williams will also be on the ballot. The poll's margin of error was plus or minus 3.5 percentage points.
