The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has announced that Refuge trapping permits and trap tags for the 2012-2013 furbearer trapping season on the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge will be issued from the Winona District Office next month.
              
The permits and tags will be issued beginning Tuesday, October 9th.

The Winona District Office is located at 51 East 4th Street, Room 203, in Winona with operating hours of 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Staff will also be available until 7:00 p.m. on October 9 to issue tags.
