Winona Police said two people went to the hospital following a three vehicle crash on Sunday.
Deputy Police Chief Tom Williams said a vehicle driven by 89 year old Forest Sawyer of Winona was east bound on East Sarnia when he attempted a left turn and collided with a second vehicle driven westbound by Nicole Izen of Fairmont, Minnesota.
The impact pushed the Sawyer vehicle into a parked car. Both Sawyer and Izen where taken to Winona Health by ambulance to be treated for their injuries. The crash was reported at 1:21 p.m.
