Last week, the Cotter volleyball team held a 'dig pink' fundraiser for the American Cancer Society.
            
Hair 'feathers' were put into fans hair for a donation of $3 or more, before the girls' homecoming volleyball match and during the week of homecoming.  

A total of $150 was raised, and the student-athletes had a great time promoting the event.

The money raised was donated to the American Cancer Society in honor of fellow- team mate and classmate Alex Strelow, a Cotter sophomore who is being treated for lymphoma.
