Beyond Tough Guise, a Winona organization working to prevent sexual and domestic violence, has named a new project coordinator.
                
Joe Morse, who is president of the non-profit organization, announced Shel Hiscock will take over the position.

Hiscock has 20-plus years in K--12 education, most recently serving as principal with the Houston Public Schools. He was also a school liaison to a Women's Resource Center in Mankato while working as a counselor for the Mankato Public Schools
