The final approval of an addenum to Winona County's recycling pickup contract was delayed again Tuesday.
                 
Veolia Incorporated is requesting an additional $58,000 be added to the contract which is in its first year. The funds would compensate the company which has had difficulty in picking up recycling bins in a  number of alleys in Winona because of access problems.
                 
County Attorney Karin Sonneman told the county board she requested the delay to allow for additional review of new information.  The board did not say when the revised contract would be brought back for a final action.
