The Cotter boys’ cross country team won the Plainview-Elgin-Millville Invitational yesterday. The Ramblers had three top ten performances led by Matt Schrupp’s third place finish. Emelio Taiveaho finished right behind Schrupp while Joe Tereba came in ninth. The Lewiston-Altura/Rushford-Peterson boys finished ninth and Ryan Ruberg was their top runner coming in 20th. Wabasha-Kellogg ended up in ninth place. Sam Jewson led the Falcons with a 21st place finish.

The Cotter girls finished fourth as a team. Lindsey Fratzke came in 16th place while Aubrey Allen was 19th. Mariah Olson finished 12th for the Lewiston-Altura/Rushford-Peterson girls as they finished seventh as a team. Wabasha-Kellogg ended up tenth in the team standings. Olivia Sailer finished 31st for the Falcons.
