Veteran DFL lawmaker Gene Pelowski is asking voters to return him to the Minnesota House of Representatives for a 14th term when they go to the polls on November Sixth. Pelowski is being challenged by Republican Adam Pace.
Pelowski touts his years of experience at the Capitol in his reelection bid. And he says he wants an opportunity to fix the Minnesota budget...something that he says suffered in the last legislative session dominated by Republicans.
Pace is proud of his newcomcer status. He says he chose to stand for election out of concern for the direction of the state and the nation.
It's a recurrent theme in his campaign...which calls for a "change of pace."
