The Goodview City Council will hold a special meeting Friday that could result in 'The Bar' being reopened under new management soon.
                 
The council will meet at 9:00 a.m. at the Goodview city office to approve new liquor licenses for the establishment which has been closed since September 30th.  Earlier this month the council approved a one-year lease with Jen Laturno who had previously served as the manager o the establishment before it closed.
                  
City Administrator Dan Matejka said Laturno has an option to extend the lease for up to five years.  Matejka said it was hoped 'The Bar' would reopen by November First.
