Units of the Goodview Fire Department were called to the Wincraft plant in Goodview about 4:30 a.m. Monday on a report of a fire.
                     
Winona radio has learned the initial report was that a barrel had ignited.  There were no visible flames outside the building.  Goodview Police were controlling traffic on some of the streets near the plant.  Fire crews were leaving the scene at about 7:00 a.m.
