Injury Crash



The Minnesota State Patrol says six people were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Winona early today.
                 
The Patrol said the two vehicles collided at the intersection of Mankato Avenue and Highway 43 and was reported at 5:41 a.m.
                  
Authorities said the vehicles were driven by 50-year-old Marla Dienger of Winona and 49-year-old Mary Fremstad of DeSoto, Wisconsin.
                  
Deinger and her two passengers, identified as 14-year-old Megan Deinger and 46-year-old Catherine Dempsey, also of Winona, were all taken to Winona Health to be treated for their non life-threatening injuries.
                  
Fremsted and two of her passengers, identified as 15-year-old Casey Fremsted also of DeSoto, and 12-year-old Drew Davis of Stoddard, Wisconsin, were also taken to Winona Health.
                 
A third passenger in the Fremsted vehicle, identified as 14-year-old Jessica King of Stoddard, was not injured.
