The Winona County Sheriff's Department said a 53-year-old Minneiska man is facing firearms charges.
Chief Deputy Ron Ganrude said Randall James Erpelding was jailed Saturday on felony counts of being a felon in possession of firearms and possession of stolen property.
Authorities were called to a Minneiska residence Saturday afternoon where a female complained that a vehicle owned by Erpelding contained a pistol and four long guns. The pistol had been reported stolen in 2011 by the female.
The case has been referred to the county attorney's office for investigation of formal charges against Erpelding.
Erpelding was on probation with a condition being that he possess no firearms.
