Blomsness told a Winona Radio audience the Y will lose parking on all four sides when a new bridge is added to a rehabbed old bridge and that has prompted discussions about the possibility of relocating the YMCA.
Blomsness said his board of directors has been exploring different options to deal with the bridge project and hopes to come up with a plan in the next several weeks.
Blomsness says adding another two lanes of traffic in front of the Y to service the new bridge is a chief concern and relocation remains on the list of options.....
