As he nears the end of his final term in office, Winona Mayor Jerry Miller says the city needs to look at future expansion and expanding its tax base.
                  
Miller told a Winona Radio audience that the city is running out of vacant development space and needs to sit down with Wilson Township to see if something can't be worked out for future development in the Interstate 90 area.

Miller says it could take several years before something could be worked out with Wilson Township to provide more industrial development space so the time to get serious about it is fast approaching......
