The City of Winona has issued permits for the construction of two businesses both to be located at 1035 Frontenac Drive across from Menards.
The buildout for Hibbit Sports is expected to cost 160-thousand dollars and the buildout for SunTan City is expected to cost 140-thousand dollars.
According to the Winona County Recorder's Office, the land on which the new building will sit was purchased from Menards by Winona Two Development Group of Green Bay for 388-thousand dollars.
The city issued 16 building permits during the week ending November 23rd, representing just under 400-thousand dollars in new construction.
