Home Burglary



The Winona County Sheriff's Department is investigating a home burglary that netted thieves jewelry and tools.
              
Chief Deputy Ron Ganrude said the breakin occurred sometime between November 20th and 25th at a residence located on Cemetary Road which is between Lewiston and Utica.  Missing items included  three diamond rings. a bracelet with diamonds, three diamond earings and a socket set. The total value was over one thousand dollars.
               
A vehicle at the residence was also entered and a GPS device along with over 120 dollars in cash was reported missing.  The Sheriff's Department was notified about 3:00 p.m. Sunday.
