The Sheriff's Department is looking for the owner of a small boat found floating in the Mississippi River Thanksgiving afternoon.,
                
Chief Deputy Ron Ganrude said the Fire Department and Sheriff's Dive- Rescue Team were both called out after a citizen reported seeing the small dingy.  It turned out that no one was in the boat or the water but the boat was recovered by the fire department and brought to shore.
                
Ganrude said anyone claiming the boat should contact the Sheriff's Department.
