The Winona Health Urgent Care Clinic is celebrating five years of service to the community.
The clinic is open seven days a week at Sarnia Square located at 420 East Sarnia.
More than 23,000 patients per year use the Urgent Care Clinic according to the clinic's manager Beth Poulin. Poulin said the clinic set a new record on October 12th by providing care for 125 patients in one day.
Several new healthcare providers have recently joined the clinic and are seeing patients.
Urgent care is appropriate for illnesses and injuries normally seen by a family doctor when an appointment is not available or after hours.
The clinic's hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 8-to-5 on Sundays.
