Pepin County Farm Management



Ben Brancel, Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection will be the keynote speaker at the Pepin County Farm Management Club Annual Meeting next month.
                     
The 66th annual meeting will take place at the Club 10 just east of Durand on Wednesday, December 12th at noon. The meeting begins with a noon lunch sponsored by area businesses.
                    
Brancel will discuss topics related to the agricultural industry in Wisconsin and the nation. That includes the USDA Farm Bill and the 2012 drought and its effects on the agriculture industry in future years. A question and answer session will follow Brancel's speech.

The Pepin County Farm Management Club encourages anyone who is interested in promoting agriculture to attend the annual meeting and become a member. Annual membership dues are $10 per person and will be collected at the annual meeting.
