Sentencing has been set for January 24th for a 49 year old man who was found guilty in Winona District Court of fifth degree criminal sexual conduct.  The Winona County Attorney's Office says Robert Earl Jones was found guilty by a jury after a three day trial that ended on Wednesday.
           
Jones will also face probation revoction proceedings at the time of his sentencing. Jones has a prior conviction for sexual assault in 1994. At that time he was found guilty of third degree criminal sexual conduct by an Olmsted County jury.
            
Jones remains free from custody pending the January sentencing hearing.  The case was prosecuted by Assistant Winona County Attorney Christina Davenport.
