The Winona City Board of Adjustment holds an open hearing Wednesday on a request to increase barge shipments of frac sand out of the Winona commercial harbor.
CD Corporation wants to double the number of frac sand barges leaving the city's port from 24 to 48 barges per month. The board will hold a public hearing on the request at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday at City Hall.
