Whitehall Bond Referendum

Voters in the Whitehall, Wisconsin, School District will be asked to approve a $12.5 million bond referendum in February to finance a new addition to the existing high school building in Whitehall.
The school board approved the plan last week that will actually include two separate bond issues...one just under $8.9 million...and the second one for the remaining amount.  According to the Trempealeau County Times, the new addition would replace the district's two elementary buildings.

The referendum is scheduled for February 19th, the same date as a primary election would be held, if needed, for the spring elections.
