Mathews has been with the Chamber for more than 20 years and in her new role she will be responsible for greater oversight to staff, volunteers, and overall operations of the Chamber.
Chamber President and CEO, Della Schmidt, says Mathews has brought much experience and leadership to the organization as her role has expanded exponentially.
The Winona Chamber has been serving the Winona business community for 100 years.
