Charged with felony fifth degree possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a mall amount of marijuana was Adam Wencel.
Averbeck said Wencel was a passenger in the vehicle which was driven by 16 year old juvenile male. The driver was also charged with a felony fifth degree controlled substance violation, possession of a small amount of marijuana, speeding and having no driver's license.
