Winona County Administrator Duane Hebert received a favorable performance review for 2012 which the county board made public Tuesday.

The review was conducted by a special consultant on November 27th in a closed session.

Board Chair Mena Kaehler said Hebert was right on target with meeting the board's goals and expectations.

Commissioner Marcia Ward suggested members of the public submit their own ideas for the county's goals for 2013.
