Car - Pedestrian Accident



Winona Police said a 34 year old Houston man was injured when he was struck by a vehicle while walking in the Fastenal company parking lot  alongTheurer Boulevard Monday evening.
              
Deputy Police Chief Tom Williams said Robert Charles Walker was struck by a vehicle driven by 19 year old Ben Joseph Smith, Junior of Winona.  Williams said Walker ended up on the vehicle's hood and then fell to the pavement. Walker was taken to Winona Health by ambulance to be treated for a leg injury.
               
The incident was reported at 9:40 p.m. Monday.
