Winona Police are investigating a burglary involving an apartment at Winona State University's East Lake Apartments located at 630 Franklin Street.
                  
Deputy Police Chief Tom Williams said a 25-year-old female reported waking up about 4:30 a.m. Friday and hearing something in her apartment.  She got up to investigate and discovered her 22 inch television in her bedroom was missing.
                  
The student told authorities she saw a door closing in her kitchen but no suspect. She then called WSU Security who notified police.  The television was valued at $200.
