Retiring Winona Mayor, Jerry Miller, presided over his final City Council meeting Monday night.
                 
Miller thanked all the council members and city staff for their great help during the years. Miller says the city is strong and it's been a team effort.

Mark Peterson won November's Mayor election and will take office at the council's first meeting in 2013, January 7th.
