The two firms announced Tuesday the sale of the 80-year-old firm to Dahl Automotive.

Harry Dahl, the father, and one of the four new owners, said the Dahl's plan to continue their involvement with the community and charities.
Andrew Dahl said Walz customers will see an easy transition and there will be few changes in the business's operations.
