A public roundtable discussion in Winona Thursday with Minneapolis Mayor R-T Rybak has been postponed.
The event was to have been held at 10:30 a.m. at City Hall and hosted by Winona Mayor Jerry Miller.
The topic of discussion was to have been Local Government Aid, the funds local communities across the state receive each year from the state legislature.
An announcement said the roundtable was postponed because of the weather and will be rescheduled for sometime in January.....
