The Minnesota and Wisconsin Departments of Transportation are reporting difficult driving conditions Thursday throughout the entire Winona Radio listening area.
              
The DOT's say snow is making it very difficult to drive throughout Winona, Wabasha, Houston, Fillmore and Olmsted counties in Minnesota..and Buffalo. Trempealeau, and La Crosse counties in Wisconsin.
             
Roads in southern Wisconsin and Iowa are also experiencing difficult driving conditions.  There has been blowing and drifting snow and slippery road conditions as well.  State plows have been out throughout the listening area and continue to try and keep the roads open. County and city plows are also out.
