A man who authorities believe was involved in a domestic disturbance was shot in Dover by a sheriff's deputy.
KTTC.com reports around 1:45 a.m. Winona County deputies responded to a domestic disturbance and the suspect fled the scene.
Around 2:30 a.m., Olmsted County Sheriff's Deputies went to a camper in Dover and found the suspect hiding underneath a camper.
After the suspect, believed to be a Winona County man in his mid-20's, came out and charged the deputies and was shot and hit by a deputy with a non-lethal bean-bag round from a shotgun.
The suspect was taken to Saint Marys Hospital in Rochester. His condition is not known.
