A 23-year-old Belmont, Wisconsin, man is scheduled to make his first appearance in Winona District Court on February 5th, on drug charges.
                     
According to a criminal complaint, Zachary Ryan Fowler is facing two felony controlled substance counts for possession of a controlled substance.
                     
The complaint says some police officers were on patrol in Winona when they spotted a group of males walking on  sidewalk acting suspiciously and yelling obscenities.
                     
A search of Fowler's backpack turned up some 91 grams of crystal meth, just over 17-grams of marijuana, and 2-point-8 grams of cocaine...plus 207 dollars in cash.
                     
The incident took place on December 23rd.
