The owners of Parlor and Den in Winona have sold the downtown building to WKM Properties in Winona for $335,000.
                 
Carolyn Crawford says she and her husband Tony Schaufenbil are not moving or closing the business.

She says they merely decided to sell the building and will now lease the space at 279 East 3rd Street from WKM Properties.
