A 36 year old man is being held in the Winona County Law Enforcement Center jail after authorities turned up drugs at his St. Charles residence on Friday.
                   
Sheriff Dave Brand said an Olmsted County probation agent requested Winona County deputies go to the St. Charles residence of Joshua Charles Mollert Friday afternoon.
                   
A search of a bedroom turned up a bag containing a white powdery substance that is better known as 'plant food.'  A total of 6.2 grams of the substance was located.  Brand said Mollert had been on probation in Olmsted County at the time.
                   
Mollert was being held in Winona on fifth degree felony possession of a controlled substance charges.
