Candidates must file by January Second for city council, county board, school board, and village elections that will take place on April Second. If primary election are needed they would be held on February 19th
The Trempealeau County Times says city council elections will be held in Arcadia, Independence, and Galesville, along with school board elections, and for the Trempealeau County Board of Supervisors.
A number of incumbents had filed for re-election but no challengers had come forward as of late last week.
