The Minnesota State Patrol says a 23 year old Altura man was injured in a one vehicle crash near Rochester Wednesday.
                
The Patrol said a vehicle driven by Albert Spencer-Carpenter was southbound on Highway 52 when it ran off the road and rolled.  Spencer-Carpenter was taken to St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester with non life-threatening injuries.
                
The Patrol said there was a  passenger in the vehicle identified as  4 year old Averi Spencer-Carpenter but the child's condition was not documented.  The crash was reported  at 9:41 p.m.
