The Winona High boys’ and girls’ hockey teams had rough nights against Owatonna. The boys lost 7-0 while the girls fell 6-2. The boys are now 5-5-1 overall and 1-3 in the Big Nine while the girls are 4-6 overall and 4-4 in conference play.

The Winona High gymnastics team suffered its first loss of the season falling to defending Big Nine Conference champion Owatonna 141.55-140.975. Bailei Hughes won the balance beam for the Winhawks.

The Winona High swim team lost to Owatonna 95-80. Jake Johnson picked up the only Winhawk win in the 100 breaststroke.
