The banquet will be held on Friday, January 18th, at the Riverport Inn with dinner at 6:30 p.m. and a reception at 5:30.
Keynote Speaker will be Katy Smith, Winona's 2011 Minnesota Teacher of the Year.
The Chairman of the Board will present the Chamber's 'State of the Chamber 'address and the Volunteer of the Year award will be announced, along with the induction of Lifetime Honorary Members.
In addition, new Chamber board members will be introduced and retiring board members will be recognized.
