New members Brian Zeller, Jeanne Nelson, and Tina Lehnertz will be sworn in.
The board will also elect a new chair, vice chair, and clerk-treasurer.
The only action item on their regular agenda will be a resolution calling for the sale of $1,580,000 in General Obligation Capital facilities bonds.
The proceeds will be used to finance energy improvements at the High School and Jefferson Elementary School.
The meeting starts at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall and is open to the public.
