Miller was re-elected in November to the newly reconfigured Senate District 28 which includes Fillmore, Houston and Winona counties.
Miller says, despite facing many challanges, he is excited for the session to begin and looks forward to working together with colleagues on both sides of the aisle to continue to get good things done for Minnesota.
Miller was selected as the lead Republican for the Senate Higher Education and Workforce Development Committee. He will also serve on the Transportation and Public Safety, Finance and Capital Investment committees.
In addition, Miller was recently appointed to the Legacy Subcommittee of the Senate Finance Committee.
