Merchants Bank says Dave Langemak has joined the bank's staff in Winona as Vice President and Manager of Business Banking.
               
Langemak has nearly 20 years of banking experience, including 14 years as  marketing president at Community Bank and Trust in Plymouth, Wisconsin. He also worked nearly two years as a consultant to business banking clients.
