The Winona High boys’ hockey team came from behind to beat Austin last night 4-2. Austin scored the first two goals of the game but the Winhawks responded with four unanswered goals. Ryan Grant, Luke Hemker, Lucas Shultz and Alex Johnson all scored for Winona High as they move to 7-6-1 overall and 3-4 in the Big Nine Conference.

Winona High’s Carly Moran scored a hat trick in the first nine minutes of the Winhawks’ game against Austin last night but the Packers came back and scored the final four goals to win 4-3. Moran now has 36 goals this season. Winona High falls to 7-10 overall and 5-9 in the Big Nine Conference.
