Mogren recently retired as president of Winona Agency, Inc. after more than 40 years. He is a strong advocate for maintaining life-long health.
Evans said as he looks back at the past 20 years, he recognizes what significant and progressive changes have occurred: the mergers with the Winona Clinic and Family Medicine, the construction of a new office building at the southeastern end of the campus, the ramp up in technology and a growing reputation in the world of health care that Winona Health is one of the premiere small-town systems in the nation.
The board is responsible for establishing Winona Health's strategic direction; quality and safety; financial oversight; and setting organizational policy. Board members are committed to guiding Winona Health in its mission to improve the health and well-being of the greater Winona area community while remaining a strong and independent, not-for-profit community-owned healthcare system.
