The Winona High girls rolled over Austin 67-44. Ellen Blacklock had 15 points and Dulcey Milek added 14. Winona High is 5-3 in the Big Nine Conference and 6-7 overall.

The Cotter girls lost a low scoring game to Hayfield 48-39. The Ramblers had nobody in double figures as they drop to 6-9 on the season and 2-3 in the HVL Gold Division.

Hope Lutheran lost to Spring Grove 59-28. Dakota Ellinghuysen scored 16 of the Patriots' 29 points as they fall to 8-5 overall and 5-5 in the Southeast Conference.

In area girls’ action, Rushford-Peterson beat Kingsland 50-42, Dover-Eyota blew out Lewiston-Altura 77-20 and G-E-T beat Independence 54-26.
