Winona Police said an 18-year-old Winona man was jailed early Sunday on felony first degree burglary charges after he was discovered inside an apartment and then fled.
                  
Sargent Chris Nelson said three residents of the apartment located at 8th and Johnson Streets returned home just after 1:00 a.m. and discovered Jordan Phillip Peterson inside their residence.
                 
Nelson said Peterson was helping himself to a frozen pizza and had taken other items including some corn dogs and a Sony Playstation.  They tackled Peterson when he fled and held him for police officers.
                 
Peterson was jailed on the felony burglary charges plus theft, obstructing the legal process and minor consumption.
