Documents at the Winona County Recorder's office indicate three commercial properties...two in Winona and one in Minnesota City...have changed hands.
             
The property that contains the A&W Restaurant at 925 Frontenac Drive has been sold by its owners to Home Town Real Estate in La Crosse.  The purchase price was $400,000.
             
The property that houses storage sheds at 110 Gould Street in Winona has been sold by the estate of the late Paul Sweazey for $210,000.  The buyers were Gould Street Storage of Fountain City.          
           
The property that contains an auto sales business at 7110 Martina Road in Minnesota City was sold for $145,000.  The purchaser was Robert Shaver of Winona.
