There’s a big game tonight at Saint Mary’s as the SMU women’s basketball team plays host to 12th ranked St. Thomas. The Tommies are tied for first place in the MIAC at 11-2 and the Cardinals are in a three-way tie for third place just a game behind St. Thomas. The Cardinals are 5-0 at home this season.

Saint Mary’s women’s basketball player Jamie Stefely has been named the MIAC Player of the Week. Stefely averaged 15.5 points and 9.5 rebounds in two victories last week. Stefely is averaging a team best 12.5 points per game this season.

The Saint Mary’s men travel to number one ranked St. Thomas tonight.
